The Incline Railway is the 2nd incline which was built on the Lookout Mountain and opened on November 16, 1895. Its location is in the neighborhood of St. Elmo at the side of the Lookout Mountain. The length of its railway is estimated to be 1.6 kilometers and transports passengers from the base of the St. Elmo’s station up to the Point Park which is the summit of the mountain.
