About Old South Meeting House

The Old South Meeting House was constructed in 1729. It is located at the heart of downtown Boston on the Crossing area. The Meeting House has served as the gathering place of the Boston Tea Party which was organized on December 16, 1773. At present time, it is open every day as a museum and continually serves as a place for discussing the pressing issues of today.
