The New England Holocaust Memorial is dedicated to those whose lives were lost because of the Holocaust. The memorial was dedicated in 1995 and was designed by Stanley Saitowitz. The memorial is comprised of six luminous glass towers where visitors can walk underneath. The six glass towers symbolize the six major extermination camps or can be viewed as the 6 million Jews who died in the holocaust.
