The Rockefeller Center is made of 19 commercial buildings and with a total land area of 22 acres. It is named after John D. Rockefeller who developed it in 1930. It is located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, between the 5th and 6th avenue. It was in 1987 when it was delegated as a National Historic Landmark.
