The AT&T Park was originally designed to have a capacity of 42,000 seats with its groundbreaking that began on December 11, 1997. It is a ballpark mainly used for the Major League Baseball. It is situated along the neighborhood of the South of Market at the corner of 3rd and King Streets. The AT&T Park has been the ballpark of the San Francisco Giants of Major League Baseball since 2000.
