Indianapolis

Because major transportation arteries radiate from Indianapolis, the clean and well-polished capital city of Indiana has been named the Crossroads of America for its travel and trade links between major Midwestern cities. With ties to many diverse areas and people, Indianapolis is a fast-growing cultural center. The Indiana Culture Trail is a major cycle and walking trail linking all of Indianapolis' districts, neighborhoods and entertainments centers. Home to major sporting events like the Super Bowl and the Indy 500, Indianapolis also features a wide array of attractions including the Kurt Vonnegut Memorial Museum, the Conner Prairie (a living history museum) and the NCAA Hall of Champions.
